Statement of Work April 25, 2026 · v1.0
Proposal · Premier Dance KC

Build the studio software Premier can actually run on.

A custom registration portal in time for the new season — and an ongoing partnership to keep building the rest of what Premier needs, one priority at a time. Structured as a trade against Ada's tuition; clean for both sides' books.

The work, in two phases.

Phase One ships before the new season. Phase Two is an open retainer that absorbs everything else on the wishlist as Premier finds time to articulate it.

Phase Two · Ongoing retainer Begins August 1, 2026
On-call build partner for everything else

A working partnership, not a ticket queue. Jamie and Jessie log requests through a shared dashboard; I prioritize and ship in versions. The wishlist surfaced in our meeting, in priority order:

  • Itemized billing & statements (in coordination with Ken's spreadsheet + DSP)
  • Consolidated parent PWA — schedule, photos, livestream, masterclasses, merch
  • AI assistant for parent text triage
  • Recital & masterclass livestream with paid passes
  • Per-event photo aggregation, password-protected
  • Per-dancer profile pages ("baseball cards") for resume + audition use
ii.

The arrangement.

This is a trade. SundayNight invoices Premier Dance monthly; Premier credits Ada Colling's tuition account in the same amount. Net cash zero, clean paper trail for both sides.

Monthly value
$1,500
Approximate tuition equivalent for Ada's enrollment at Premier Dance KC.
Cash exchanged
$0
Trade-for-services. SNAI invoice → Premier credits the dance account.
Term
Seasonaligned
Aug 1, 2026 — July 31, 2027. Mutual 30-day exit. Reviewed at season end.
How the trade flows
  • SundayNight.ai issues a $1,500 monthly invoice to Premier Dance KC
  • Premier credits Ada Colling's tuition / fee account $1,500 in the same cycle
  • Both sides reconcile against their books — clean for tax and accounting
  • Any month Ada's tuition runs lighter (e.g., June or July), the difference rolls forward as a positive balance

Hosting, domain, and third-party API costs (DSP, Stripe, livestream services if pursued) are billed at cost as a pass-through. Estimated $40–$80/mo for Phase One infrastructure.

iii.

How we'll work together.

Vanilla first
Get the core registration flow shipped, then iterate. Premier sees real progress every two weeks.
Shared request log
A simple dashboard for Jamie and Jessie to log "I wish it did this." Nothing falls through the cracks.
Premier owns the brand
Everything ships under Premier's name and on Premier's domain. SundayNight is the engine, not the front.
Confidentiality
Parent and financial data is treated as confidential by default. NDA on request — happy to sign.
Direct access
Text or call. No project manager in between. Same-day response on weekdays.
Code & data ownership
Premier owns the data. The codebase is licensed for Premier's use; SundayNight retains rights to the underlying platform.
